A downloadable project

This was developed for the April'26 Game Creators Clubs, with theme flight.

I've been trying to get back into the demoscene, playing lately with Bonzomatic. Since I wanted to play with volumetric clouds and see the limits of what I could achieve with straight raymarched volumetrics, I created a shader. Then I wanted to demonstrate the shader, so I started something I also wanted to do for a long time: a DX11 mini-engine with focus for (eventually) size coding and quick experimentations.

This is the result: Cloudflight.

I'll probably revisit this in the future to optimize it (I know some stuff I could do) and add some text rendering (what's an intro without a scroller?!), and try to get it more "demo-like" and smaller.

Currently, this is extremely slow except in high-end cards (a lot of raymarching and an expensive noise function).
